Duration for automation training program:
200 Hrs (8 Hrs. /day on full time basis & 2 hrs / day in part time basis in morning or evening).

  • Principle of starters and variable speed drives and control

  • Application of pneumatics
  • Understanding of Compressor, Filter, pressure Regulator, & Lubricators
  • Types of Cylinders, Actuators and application
  • Construction of Valves / Circuits
Unit 3:
  • Terminology Associated with Electro Pneumatics
  • Application of proximity Switches, timer & PE Converter
  • Principle, application and Construction of Solenoid valves
  • Role of Pneumatic in low cost Automation
  • Introduction to Hydraulics
  • Introduction of PLC, importance & Architecture
Unit 4:
  • Introduction to PLC software & ladder Logic/IEC/PLC programming
  • Introduction to HMI / SCADA system and its relevance
  • Development of MIMIC window creation & Familiarization of basic Drawing Instruction
  • Selection Criterion of SCADA & HMI
  • Making SCADA for sample application & Communication
